We're very aware that the recent funding cuts have made fundraising a higher priority than ever before. This has an impact on the recruitment of fundraisers and we would like to hear your thoughts on the subject.
We are undertaking an online survey of HR and fundraising professionals to understand the key trends in recruiting good fundraisers, the various ways that organisations are tackling this challenge, which ones prove the most successful plus any future concerns.
The research results and analysis will be sent to all survey participants and for one randomly selected respondent we will donate £250 to the organisation of their choice.
