The People Unlimited team are donning their trainers and reflective lycra running leggings to take part in this year's Bupa 10,000 on Monday, 30th May. Perhaps not the most well trained of teams but we will be running, jogging, walking and crawling the 10k (that's just over 6.2 miles) in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
The BHF do invaluable research into how to combat and manage heart disease and they also offer support, advice and information to those living with or affected by heart disease.
So please donate to encourage David, Bianca, Ed, Paul, Guy, Neil and Debs to cross the finish line but also to help this important cause.
