Well not quite but we have recently supported the charity Sail 4 Cancer www.sail4cancer.org with a donation as our Chairman, David Lale, was unable to attend their Clipper City Challenge.
Sail 4 Cancer raises money through sailing and related activities to help improve the quality of life for cancer patients and their families. This is achieved mainly through the provision of respite days, the majority of which are linked to the water and its therapeutic powers.
As Graham Precey, Chair of Trustees of Sail 4 Cancer says “As I know you are aware, this donation will be used to help offer respite to people living with cancer and your support really does make a difference to their lives...”
